Simply Recruitment Group is proud to be recruiting on behalf of a North West based client who specialise in general building and fit-out works.

Due to continued growth they’re seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to join their expanding team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing 5–7 projects simultaneously with values ranging from £100k to £3m.

Projects typically span across education, leisure, commercial, healthcare and local authority framework agreements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee multiple projects from pre-construction through to completion
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
• Manage programming for current and future works
• Maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships
• Lead and coordinate site teams and subcontractors

About You:

• Proven experience in a Contracts Manager or Project Manager role within construction
• Strong organisational skills with a structured approach to managing workloads
• Solid knowledge of construction programming and project planning
• Ambitious and career driven, seeking progression within a modern and fast paced growing business

In return, our client offers a competitive salary of £60,000–£65,000, plus car allowance and a comprehensive benefits package.
