Job Description
Our client is a highly respected UK civil engineering contractor delivering highways, public realm and transport infrastructure works.
With a strong pipeline and ambitions to expand into longer term and higher value projects they’re now seeking a Lead Commercial Manager to shape strategy, drive performance and elevate standards.
The role is hybrid with a visit to their office in Winchester required once per week.
Lead commercial performance across frameworks and projects
Drive revenue, margin and cash performance
Oversee NEC contract management (including HTSA)
Support bids and pricing strategy
Strengthen supply chain relationships
Build and mentor a high-performing commercial team
What we’re looking for:
Senior commercial leadership experience within civil engineering
Strong NEC expertise
Highways / self-delivery background preferred
Excellent commercial acumen and stakeholder management skills
