Job Description

We are recruiting for a Roofing and Cladding Designer to work on a permanent basis in Warrington.
Salary is negotiable, depending on experience.

Role & Responsibilities:

We are seeking an experienced designer to work on a variety of roofing and cladding systems, tailored to project-specific requirements. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Producing project-specific working and fabrication drawings.
• Reviewing project drawings and specifications (from architects, structural engineers, etc.) and raising any necessary design queries.
• Participating in design meetings both on-site and virtually.
• Collaborating directly with clients, architects, and other stakeholders throughout the design process.
• Coordinating with system manufacturers, suppliers, and installation teams regarding design requirements.
• Managing material scheduling and procurement.
• Conducting site measurements and surveys as needed.

Experience & Qualifications for :

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a design-related role within the roofing and cladding industry.
• Strong knowledge of roofing and cladding systems and associated design processes.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills with both clients and internal teams.
